The Custom Built Homes Process
CONSULTATION – We want to get to know you and your family, and let you get to know us. We will discuss your project, budget, timeline, vision, and how our services can help you in detail. If you are looking for somewhere to build, we can assist you in the search.
DESIGN – This is where our relationship begins to grow as we discuss your family’s lifestyle and needs. Do you entertain often? Do your children need somewhere to store their sports gear? Are your aging parents needing a place to live in the coming years? We will encompass all of these things as we begin the floorplan process.
PRE-CONSTRUCTION – We will draft the proposal, begin working on design plans, file for permitting and engineering and begin the selections process. Whether you have a vision for exactly what you are looking for or you are less than certain, we – along with our team of expert vendors – will guide you every step of the way.
BUILD – Once the scope of work, floor plans, design plans and budget are approved during pre-construction, we move on to the build or renovation. We will cast your vision for your home to our trade partners as we walk you through our time-tested process for a beautifully crafted home.
